Who We are

Matt Schnuck, President and Director
Matt S. met Antonio in Senior Kindergarten at Community School in St. Louis and remained his lifelong best friend.  Matt is a graduate of John Burroughs School and Amherst College (BA, French Language and Literature, 2000).  In 2003 Matt founded Trouvé Media, a digital media company that specialized in helping leading insurance, financial services, and real estate companies connect with over one million new customer leads online.  After growing the business to over twenty employees and over twenty million dollars in annual revenue with no outside funding, Matt sold Trouvé Media to a large public company in 2011.

In addition to his role as President of the Antonio V. Glassberg Educational Foundation, Matt serves as an advisor to several technology companies in Silicon Valley and is currently working on business plans for his next entrepreneurial venture.

Matt has two children, Oscar Lyons Schnuck and Samuel Antonio Schnuck.

Jim Walter, Vice-President and Director
Jim met Antonio in Senior Kindergarten at Community School and remained his lifelong friend.  As youngsters, Jim and Antonio went to Teton Valley Ranch Camp (“TVRC”) in Jackson Hole.  Jim graduated from Mary Institute and Country Day School in St. Louis and from St. Lawrence University (BA, Political Science, 2000).

Jim brings extensive foundation experience to Antonio’s foundation.  After graduating from St. Lawrence, Jim returned to TVRC and worked his way up from counselor to Barn Manager to Director of the Camp, and ultimately became Executive Director of the TVRC Foundation.  In that position Jim was responsible for fundraising, land acquisition, design, and construction of an entirely new and relocated camp facility.  As a result, Jim was awarded a fellowship enabling him to attend the Stanford University Executive Program for Non-Profit Leaders.

In 2009 Jim founded Crystal Creek Capital, LLC, a Private Equity Real Estate Investment Fund, naming his business after a favorite fishing spot in the Gros Ventre drainage in Jackson Hole that he and Antonio cherished.

Matt Crystal, Vice-President and Director
Matt C. became Antonio’s close friend when Matt began Community School in the fifth grade.  Matt is a graduate of John Burroughs School and has two degrees from Stanford University (BA, History, 2000 and MBA, 2005).  In 2010 Matt purchased ThePartyWorks, an ecommerce business selling party supplies, costumes, and cake decorations.  Matt remains the majority owner of ThePartyWorks but has a general manager who is responsible for day to day operations because Matt is now employed full time as Head of International Operations at Pinterest.

Pinterest’s mission is to inspire people to discover the things they love and to help them do those things in real life. The company has grown tremendously over the past couple of years and is now one of the most popular web and mobile applications in the world. Matt started at Pinterest in 2012 and heads Pinterest’s international expansion efforts.

Matt’s wife Kristen is a long-time Google employee.  Matt and Kristen’s daughter Emily was born in 2014.
